    2、Product Description
    2.1Properties
    The series of products are made of the main material polyolefin resin and auxiliaries such as environmental-friendly or halogen-free flame retardant and antioxygen, with the process of mixing, plasticizing and pelleting. The environmentally controlled substance of the materials such as heavy metal and halogen (* no halogen detection for environmental-friendly materials) are in line with the requirement of RoHS environmental protection directive, according to the detection of SGS Company.
    The series of products are of good mechanical, physical, electrical and flame retardant properties as well as cabling process. Marine cable materials are in line with IEC60092, GJB1916A and relevant marine cable standards in other countries (e.g. United States Military Standards). Mud resistant cable materials meet the requirement of NEK606 Standards. Cable materials for submersible pumps meet the requirement of GB/T16750 Standards. Oil platform cable materials meet the requirement of UL1309-1995, IEC60092 and NEK606-2008. Oil resistant materials can absolutely no crackles the high temperature oil immersion tests of relevant standards.

    2.2Machining Process
    2.2.1Drying treatment should be carried out before the production use.
    2.2.2It is recommended to use screw rods with compression ratios from 1.25 to 2.0:1 for extrusion.
    2.2.3The Proposed Extrusion Temperatures (For different varieties and machine types, the processing temperatures are different. Please make some adjustment according to material plasticizing status. Contact suppliers if necessary. ):
    Thermoplastic Materials: Zone 1: 110℃, Zone 2: 130℃,Zone 3: 140℃, Zone 4: 150℃, Zone 5: 150℃ and head: 155-165℃
    Oil Resistant Materials: Zone 1: 90℃, Zone 2: 110℃,Zone 3: 130℃, Zone 4: 150℃, Zone 5: 150℃ and head: 155-165℃
    ZL1214-HN-S: Zone 1: 110℃, Zone 2: 130℃,Zone 3: 150℃, Zone 4: 170℃, Zone 5: 180℃ and head: 180-185℃
